   (Npgsql 是 PostgreSQL 作為提供 .Net 資料的提供者.
   主要目的是允許任何 .Net framework 程序開發能存取資料庫伺服器.

2. Slony-I 1.2.11 發佈.
   (Slony-I 是一個
   主對多從式"master to multiple slaves"複寫(replication)系統.
   支持串聯效應"cascading" (例如. 一個節點"node"A能抄寫到另一個節點 B,
   節點 B 或 A 都能再各自抄寫到其它節點) 與災難復原"failover".
